On Saturday, March 5th, 2016 we marked a momentous time in our Jolie’s & Kennedy’s lives! We, their church family, joined them in welcoming their mother/grandmother to the United States in a “pot luck” dinner in the church fellowship hall. Jeanette was eager to meet all of us! We had a wonderful time in celebration with a slide show of pictures & the travels through the Congo that led Jolie to the U.S, African foods & American foods, African song, & a beautiful Thank you & Prayer from Jeanette translated by a friend of Jolie’s.
